Headshot Booth Add-On



Add professional staff headshots to your corporate event with a mobile headshot booth setup. Perfect for conferences, team events, and company branding updates.

Headshot booths can be added in two different ways, depending on how you’d like your event coverage to run.




Headshot Booth — Within Booked Coverage

$350 + HST


  • Available with Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages
  • Headshot booth operates within your already booked photography hours
  • Event coverage pauses while headshots are being captured
  • Ideal for smaller teams or low-traffic periods during the event


This option is best when headshots are a secondary priority and can be scheduled around the event flow.


Dedicated Headshot Booth Coverage

$600 + HST (first 2 hours)

Additional booth time: $175/hour + HST


  • Includes an additional photographer
  • Event coverage continues uninterrupted
  • Consistent lighting, posing, and workflow for higher-volume headshots
  • Recommended for conferences, larger teams, and scheduled staff rotations


This option ensures no key moments are missed while headshots are being captured.
